重庆惠正机械制造有限公司，及其前身三峡机械始创于1972年，通过51年的沉淀，目前已发展为技术实力雄厚，设备先进，工艺精湛，集铝合金高压铸造、低压铸造、重力铸造、数控精密加工、产品研发于一体的专业实体制造企业。
惠正机械总部生产基地座落在重庆两江新区蔡家工业园区，占地70000多平米；北碚工厂相距6公里位于外环高速施家梁出口，占地6000多平米；合川工厂相距27公里位于合川区天顶汽车工业园，一期占地60000多平米，属于重庆市2022年重点招商引资项目。
公司主要生产新能源汽车底盘系统铝合金零部件、汽车驱动（燃油、电）系统铝合金零部件、汽车电控系统铝合金零部件、汽车变速系统铝合金零部件、通用发动机箱体、摩托车及其它铝合金制品，年生产能力1000余万件。
公司现有研发和工程技术80多人，依托母公司51年的技术沉淀，公司为客户提供产品工艺设计、高压铸造、低压铸造、重力铸造生产、数控精密加工、产品检验及物流运输等全方位服务项目。
惠正机械总部现拥有8个专业生产车间，合川工厂拥有6个现代化生产车间（总投资5亿元），集团总共7个精密加工车间和4个铸造车间，拥有先进的制造设备和检测设备，各类CNC加工中心及数控设备1000余台，具有模具、夹具设计和制造能力。280吨-5000吨各型压铸设备型号齐全，低压铸造、重力铸造、T6固溶时效设备配套齐全。公司主要加工设备有立式/卧式，四/五轴加工中心、摩擦焊、数控珩磨、数控立车等；为满足汽车行业的严格要求，引进蔡司、爱德华等三座标检测仪7台、X射线探伤机3台、荧光探伤机1台、光谱仪3台等各种门类齐全的先进精密检测设备300余台。
